Summary

Servo auto-counting up stacker could be able to automatically count, batch,stack and horizontally discharge, so that lifting structure of the end enables the order changing of single batch to be shorter. The stacker is applicable to the

high-speed corrugated board production lines requiring functions of counting,binding and storing.

Characteristic

Use four-segment flat belts to convey boards to be synchronized with production line speed and adjust

the speed automatically during stack changing or order changing to ensure smooth actions;

Use four groups of carbon fiber paper-pressing brush for pressing board at board feeding end and adjust

board pressing state based on length of paper board; one segment is provided forced sucking to ensure

boards are stacked neatly.

A pneumatic board supporting board and a pneumatic board pressing steel strips are arranged between

the two rear conveying s ections, so as to automatically control lifting and automatically and reliably separate

boards while stacks and orders are changed.

Due to Gantry type s tacking that is under AC servo control to ensure stable lifting;

The front baffle drum is used to automatically control the patting to ensure boards are arranged neatly.

The rear baffle could be positioned automatically under control of AC servo motor to realize fast and

reliable order changing; frame type suspension rear baffle could help ensure the boards are effectively

output.

The flat belt type stacking and transverse discharge functions could ensure the boards are stably output

when a preset number of stacking is reached.

The laser distance-measuring device could accurately measure stacking height.

With motorized trolley, the boards that transversely discharged are output quickly. In case of no motorized

trolley, conveying and packing platform will be provided.

The paper conveying strap uses special tensioning device which could be adjusted easily and serve for

long service life.

Operation monitoring of gantry type s tacker’s touch screen is achieved easily and visually.
