NC Servo Up & Down Dislocation Stacker could be able to finish cycling process of automatic board stacking, batching,
alternating stacking and transverse discharge. Its end conveying platform and suspension basket transverse discharge form
counterweight to each other which greatly reduces cycling time of batches in combination with unique designing of lifting and
improves production efficiency and lowers energy consumption and also could be used for corrugated board production lines.

The first segment of board stacking platform can convey boards with vacuum sucking, so that
boards can be neatly and accurately stacked in batches;
A group of carbon fiber brushes independently braked can ensure the boards are neatly
stacked at different line speeds and for different slitting lengths;
Multiple segments of conveying belts are driven by separate servo motor, so that the speed of
the conveying belt can automatically track the production line speed, and counting function can be
accurately achieved;
Different slitting lengths of boards can be stacked, batched and order-changed to complete
cycle operation automatically;
The gantry conveying end is connected with suspension basket transverse discharge device
through chains and both of them form counterweight to each other and realize synchronous lifting to
reduce energy consumption and shorten switching time of batches and then improve production
line speed; the servo motor controls synchronous lifting to ensure stable and neat stacking and
stable operation.
The position of board baffle can be adjusted automatically, so as to suit different lengths of
boards and neatly stack the boards in sequence;
The rear baffle could be automatically lifted, translated to realize multi-order stacking, which is
applicable to small order stacking;
Realize high speed dislocation stacking of 10, 15, 20 boards, reduce human counting and
separate strapping, greatly improving production efficiency.
