The control system of master and slave computer is formed by high quality human-computer interface
and high performance PLC, and can be connected with production management system;
Multi-group carbon fiber brushes are controlled independently that can ensure the boards to be neatly
stacked at different line speeds and for different slitting lengths;
Multiple segments of conveying belts are driven by separate VF motor, so that the speed of the
conveying belt can automatically track the production line speed to complete board stacking, batching
and order changing for different lengths of boards at different line speeds and complete cycle operation
automatically;
The gantry conveying end is connected with suspension basket transverse discharge device through
chains and both of them form counterweight to each other and realize synchronous lifting to reduce
energy consumption and shorten switching time of batches and then improve production line speed; the
servo motor controls synchronous lifting to ensure stable and neat stacking and stable operation.
The position of board baffle can be adjusted automatically, so as to suit different lengths of boards; the
baffle could be lifted vertically to neatly stack the boards.
Realize multi-order stacking, which is applicable to small order stacking;
